Cancelling a transaction

The cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in compliance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 2010-1981.

Returns and exchanges conditions

We offer store credit within a period of 14 days from the delivery date of the jewelry. To be eligible for credit, the jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once the jewelry has been inspected and meets these criteria, the store credit will be provided.

Please note

The following categories of jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange: Jewelry with a personalized design, jewelry engraved according to the customer's request, jewelry that includes customization or design on demand, differing from what is presented on the website, jewelry that has undergone alterations or changes to the setting, such as increasing or reducing the size of existing stones or adding additional stones, engagement ring, items that are on sale or offered at a discounted price.
